Hello Hello,

Well to start, I want to say a huge thank you to all of you for such an amazing year full of many laughs, mind boggling inspiration, an incredible amount of support and your generous encouragement.

I have been so fortunate to make friends with so many amazing people, have the opportunity to have an incredible bunch of talented ladies show off how they use the MiC goodies, work with some amazingly talented illustrators and have THE BEST crafty customers on Earth! Thank you!!

I’m winding down this year to take a much needed break over the Christmas holidays to spend with family and friends. The shop will be going off line for a few weeks and you will be unable to make purchases during this time. I don’t have any dates set in concrete for when the store will open again next year but I will send out an email when it goes live.

LAST SHIPMENTS will be sent out December 14th so make sure you get any supplies you want over the holidays before then!

I will not be able to be reached over the Christmas Holidays and I apologise in advance if you have any troubles with downloading digi stamps during this time. Please check the information in the Help Centre and if you are unable to figure out the problem from there I will be able to help you when I am back online.

I wish you an amazing Christmas and a fantastic New Year and I hope you have the oportunity to spend this time with those you love.

Sad Good Byes

The end of the year often brings times of reflection when you look back over the past year and look towards the future. Sadly a few of the old Make it Crafty girls will be leaving the team at the end of the year and will be missed greatly.

With tears in my eyes I would like to wish farewell to Tracy P, Sheila, Jane and Maria.

Each of you have been an integral member to the team and helped to make it our little family.

Tracy, you have been an extraordinary help, helping me organise guests and keeping me on my toes. And then on top of that, you have inspired us with your amazing creations covered in the many embellishments you manage to stuff into a 6×6 space! You will always hold the title of ‘Queen of Embellishments’ around here.

Sheila, you are amazing chicky!! You have grown so much since you first joined the team and I will always think you are incredibly talented and incredibly FUNNY! It has been a privilege to have you part of the MiC family.

Jane, the day I stumbled across you I just knew I had to get to know you. You have been such a huge inspiration to all of us and such a wonderful dear friend. The advice you have shared, the talent you oooooze is incredible and you will always be held high on my personal pedestal as I am sure many others too. Thank you for saying yes the day I pounced upon you.

Maria, you have been with me since the beginning and it is sad to see you go. although you have been quiet this year these things happen with a growing family. You will be missed hun and I thank you so much for all you have done.

I have so much trouble saying good bye. We have all become great friends, sharing our lives with one another, sharing ideas and advice, sharing the joys of discovering something new, sharing the highs and also the lows. But of course it’s not good bye forever.

DESIGN TEAM CALL

Just a heads up that I am considering having a Design Team call. If you think you would like to join the MiC team and have fun with us then make sure you keep an eye out.

I want to add, the last design team call made me a little sad as a number of gorgeously talented crafters told me they felt too scared to apply for the team because they weren’t good enough. PLEASE DO NOT FEEL THAT WAY. You just never know what I am looking for as I create my little family.
