In these hot days I’m on holiday at the beach so I’m still in a summer mood for crafting too!
Those who know me know I prefer the cool weather but I’m learning to appreciate these simple and sunny days in flip flops with family and friends, surrounded by an absolutely breathtaking view!
It’s that I’d like celebrate with this card: the slow rhythms, the nice and lazy days at the beach and the friendship.
Let me talk about the card making: for the background I used the “waves” stencil by Simon Says Stamp and some distress inks: the Peacock Feathers and the Evergreen Bough.
The lovely trio is composed by 3 digital stamp by Make It Crafty; As I grouped them the idea was to cut all the image with my Silhouette Cameo, but it didn’t work so I fussy cut! argh!! The next time I’ll think twice!
Here they are on the background:
The sentiment, perfect to resume the essence of the card, is composed by a stamp (I don’t remember the brand) and by a Make it Crafty chipboard, with the top embossed in white.
Some enamel dots et voilà!! the card is done!!
