It’s Lou in with a post for you today and I am sharing my Skin Colouring Challenge make today.
Now, I sat for a good few days thinking ‘Oh my, I have noooooooooooo idea what to do with this challenge!! Then Zoe sent us the scrumptious new Sweet Teens images and I just so happened to be listening away to my Spotify on my pooter. As I was sitting there listening away A-Ha’s ‘Take on me’ came on…ooooh I love that song (…yup….thre was definitely daft Lou dancing on my chair going on at the same time…) and of course, it reminded me of the fabulous cartoon style video ….
Bingo!!!!! Inspiration ahoy!!! I decided to go with a sepia effect skin colour scheme of my Warm Grey promarkers on the gorgeous Grooving Jake cropped to fit how I fancied him to be so it looked like he was in a cartoon ‘cell’.
And when you pull that little ‘pull here’ tab, the magic slider reveals the super fun coloured image under the black and white one….oooooh I love it!!!
If you want to see a fun video I made of how it slides up, please pop in o our Make It Crafty Facebook Group….(please note I am not in any way responsible for making you find the sing right away and dance along to it….bwah ha ha ha!!).
Thank you for popping in! Hugs Lou.
I used…. Grooving Jake.
My magic action is the Magic Color Sider die set from Lawn Fawn. I printed Jake onto printable acetate…..and yup….Morton Harket still does it for me!!!! bwah ha ha ha ha!!!
