I think 60′s MiC girls are all soooo pretty, but Crystal is my favourite! She wears two cute plaits, her dress is so pretty and her eyes are too sweet
I thought this nice girl was perfect for the challenge i’m facing today; generally when i use my copics, i color characters with bright colours, while i use distress inks when i want to give to the image a vintage or shabby look, using delicate and pastel colours.
BUT, obviously, Zoe always puts us to the test! So i’ve tried to colour Crystal using my copics, but mimicking Distress Inks!
I’ve used some light colours and i tried to imitate Distress Ink Colours i generally use:
The hair:
E50-E51-E53 for Antique linen
E33(the darker portion) for Walnut Stain
The skin:
E0000-E000-E00-E11 for Tattered Rose and Vintage Photo
The dress:
C0-C1-C3-B91-B93 for Weathered Wood and Black Shoot
