Colouring Challenge – Dew Drops
It seems we scared you off last month! I was really hoping you would be able to find some time to join us for the sky challenge so I may just have to bring it around again in the future. Thank you to many of you who purchased the Fun Techniques for Colouring Skies ebook. I hope you have at least had a chance to look through it and get some ideas for your next project.

Sad Good-Bye

A little bit of sad news to share this month. Our gorgeous gal Lou, has stepped down from the team but will continue to wow us with her unique and creative mind. Be sure to follow her blog for more gorgeous Lou creations or of course keep an eye out for her in all your usual social media hangouts!

April 2018 Challenge

Dew Drops

With Mothers Day around the corner, I am guessing a few of you may be colouring some beautiful flowers for Mum’s card and so I thought it would be fun to get a little technical and add some ‘dew drops’. As per usual the Make it Crafty girls were trembling in their booties but then they all pulled off masterpieces. I don’t know why they worry so much!!

Here’s some example videos I’ve found to help.

Using paint but great explanation of forming bubbles and water drops.

How to enter

To enter your projects you can upload the photos to your own blog post or if you do not have a blog, you are welcome to upload your photos to the Make it Crafty store gallery and link to the photo on the store website. Please enter projects via the link tool at the bottom of this blog post.

How the challenge works:
At the start of each month a new challenge will be set and you will have the whole month to enter your projects. During the first week of the next month, the Make it Crafty design team will vote on their favourite entries and the top three will receive a $5 gift voucher to spend at the Make it Crafty store.

The MiC Gals voted and we are excited to announce our three winners!

1. Corinne

8. Nicola Gold

3. Crafting Belle

Gift Certificates will be created for you in the store.
If you do not receive an email from me with your gift certificate details, please use the contact us form to let me know.
