You did fabulously challenging yourself to add extra toning and details on the skin. The team and I will spend the next few days visiting each of your blogs and will vote on our top 3. Be sure to check back on the ‘Skin’ blog post next week to see the winners.
February 2018 Challenge
Add extra details
This month I was inspired by Kathy Racoosin from www.thedailymarker.com – Kathy likes to add doodling, dots, lines and squiggles; adding lots of little details to make her projects unique.
You can add patterns to clothing, dots, hearts, lines and more. You could add fishnet stockings like some of the MiC gals. You could add dots, extra squiggles and leaves to flowers. Add lines and features to a background behind a character. Black and white dots to accentuate features. There are so many places you could take this idea and have fun with it.
Here’s some videos where Kathy inspired me:
How to enter
To enter your projects you can upload the photos to your own blog post or if you do not have a blog, you are welcome to upload your photos to the Make it Crafty store gallery and link to the photo on the store website. Please enter projects via the link tool at the bottom of this blog post.
How the challenge works:
At the start of each month a new challenge will be set and you will have the whole month to enter your projects. During the first week of the next month, the Make it Crafty design team will vote on their favourite entries and the top three will receive a $5 gift voucher to spend at the Make it Crafty store.

Enter your projects here
All entries must include something from Make it Crafty, whether it be a digital stamp character or background, rubber stamp or even chipboard. You are able to use other brand images and as long as you incorporate something from Make it Crafty on your project, you are welcome to enter.
You must have something coloured on your project following the theme – you can use any colouring medium you like.
You do not have to complete a finished project.
This is a colouring challenge and so you are welcome to submit just colouring but please make sure it is watermarked to avoid stealing.
