Ordering & Downloading Digital Stamps

Digital products are downloaded securely through your store account.

When can I download the digital stamps I have ordered?

If you are paying via PayPal, Points or Gift Certifcate you will be able to access your downloads via your account area straight away.

If you are paying via Direct Deposit (Australia Only) you will have access to your downloads once the payment is received.

How do I download the digital stamps I have ordered?

After placing an order you will receive an invoice and if you have digital products you will receive a separate email once your order is processed and you can download the files.

Either click on the links in the email OR if you have paid immediately simply return to the store, go to your Account Area (either log in or click on your name at the top) and then on the right hand side click the 'Downloads' link.

All of the files you have purchased will be grouped together by order.

Click on the File Name and a window will open asking you to save the file to your computer.

Make sure you have the 'Save File' option selected.

Warning: Do NOT open the file from this area in a program as you may destroy the transparency of the image and will no longer be able to layer the images.

Click the 'OK' button and select a safe place to save the file on your computer.

PLEASE NOTE:

If the window does not open, and you use a PC,
try 'RIGHT CLICK' and then select the option 'SAVE LINK AS'

This will open your file system to select where to save the file.

Back Up, Back Up, Back Up!!!

I highly recommend saving a copy of the original file in a safe place before working with it.

All too often I receive emails from customers who have accidently created a scene on top of one of their original images and then accidently saved over the top.

If you DO make a mistake and save over the original you have a couple of spare downloads from the downloads area.

Each file can be downloaded a total of FIVE (5) times in case you have troubles.

All file download links expire in 1 year.
