MakeitColour is a fantastic cardstock when colouring with alcohol markers.
Compatible with alcohol based inks: Copic Markers, Prismacolor Markers, Pro Markers, Tria Markers, ShinHan markers
With a lot of experimenting I have found that this paper has allowed me to layer a number of layers of colour before pilling and bleeding occur.
Please remember that every paper has it's own properties and in the end it comes down to the way that you personally colour. Look for a paper that suits your style.
It is a fantastic blending medium allowing you to blend a number of colours together before the ink begins to 'float' on the surface with too much saturation.
If too much ink is added it can bleed out of the lines but you really have to add A LOT of ink before this happens.
Personal note: I have found this paper to be quite good for blending high pigment colours like reds. Unlike some other papers when you bring in your lighter reds like Copic Marker R20 it will actually shift some of the dark colour so you can blend the dark edge easier.
