If the links say they are not activated:

  •          If you just placed the order and the links are not activated the store didn’t receive the correct response from PayPal
and your order is currently on hold to be manually processed.
  •          Please send a quick message to inform us to jump to the top of the queue.
  •          If your order is over 12 months old the link will be expired – If you have lost the original file, and need to download it
             again, please contact us.

When you click on the file links you will be prompted to Save the file to your computer.

Some browsers are set up to automatically start downloading files to the ‘Downloads’ folder. If you are unsure where your file got saved, check your downloads folder.

Here are some common browsers:

Internet Explore

When you click the little download icon next to the file name, a bar at the bottom of the screen should appear.

  •        Click Save
  •        Select ‘Save As’
  •        Select the folder you want to save your file to
  •        Click the Save button

Wait for the file to download.

Please note: If you have ordered one of the colouring tutorials it can take some time for the PDF file to save to your computer as they are large in size (so you can print it beautifully)
Make sure you keep your browser open until the file is completely downloaded.

Chrome Browser

When you click the little download icon next to the file name, Chrome will automatically pop open a ‘Save As’ window.

Select the folder you wish to save in and then click Save.

Wait for the file to download before closing the browser window.

FireFox Browser

When you click the little download icon next to the file name, Firefox opens a window where you can select to ‘Open with’ or ‘Save File’.

Select the ‘Save File’ option and click ‘OK’

Then select the folder you wish to save in and click the ‘Save’ button.
