try 'RIGHT CLICK' and then select the option 'SAVE LINK AS'

- Payment Options
All prices are displayed in US dollars.
Due to many questions about whether the prices are in US Dollars and the falling Australian dollar, the prices have been reduced and switched to US Dollars.
This difficult decision was made to help reduce the increases in expenses and cost associated with running the store.
Thank you for understanding and I hope that you find the new prices reasonable.
On the Checkout Page, complete your details and when you get to the payment method Select PayPal Standard and continue through to the PayPal site and login.
Once you have accepted the payment, simply return to the website where you can view the details of your order.
Note: You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this payment method. PayPal also acts as a secure payment gateway for accepting credit card payments. Just like other stores that use a payment gateway between their store and bank.
When you get to the 'PayPal' payment page, simply click the 'Pay with Credit Card' link under the log in fields which will take you to a secure form that you can complete with your credit card.
Due to the nature of digital products we do not generally offer refunds.
If you have ordered a digital product by accident when meaning to order a rubber stamp and have NOT downloaded the digital product please contact us to find out what we can do for you.

- Reward Points
What are reward points? You can redeem No.points (the total number of points you have)
It's just like a loyalty card but points. Each time you spend a dollar at MiC you receive 1 reward point that you can use to discount a future order at Make it Crafty. The points can not be redeemed for cash. It's just a little Thank You to you for shopping in my store.
Points are calculated on the SubTotal of an order and do not include shipping costs.
When do I receive my reward points?
Reward points are added to your account when your order has been completed which is a manual process that we try and update a few times a day during the week.
How do I use my reward points?
When you wish to place an order in the store, make sure you log in first so the store knows who you are. If you want to see how many reward points you have, you can click on the 'My Account' menu at the top and you will see a menu item called 'My Points' with a number next to it. That number is the total number of reward points you currently have attached to your account.
On the view cart page scroll to the bottom of the list of items in your cart and you will see a new input field next to the Gift Certificate field that says 'Points to Use'. Just underneath it will also provide additional details...
Total points that can be applied: No. (this is the total number of points that it would cost to pay for the whole order with points.)
Enter the number of points you would like to use in the box and then click the blue arrow button. The page will refresh and discount your order based on the number of points you have used.
You can use as little as 1 point on an order. There isn't a minimum number of points you need to reach before you can use them, so feel free to discount each order a little at a time, or of course save them up until you can order a free digi stamp.

If you would like to check with us first, please send an email describing the order you wish to place. SHIPPING TIMES I will be sending out orders 2-3 times a week. If you place an order for express shipping before midday, I will try my best to get the order out that day or at the latest it will leave the following day. RETURNS All parcels are packaged with care in the hope that the goods inside are received in good condition. If for some unlucky reason, items are destroyed during transit, please photograph the packaging and items and email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the options.

Using Digital Stamps
- What are digital Stamps?
Digital stamps (Digi Stamps) are an electronic version of a rubber stamp. They are typically available as .JPG and .PNG image files. The idea is that you can receive the stamp you wish to play with immediately, download it and save it to your computer and then print it out, colour it if you wish and then create your greeting card.
Make it Crafty digital stamps are specifically designed for you to layer multiple images together to create a scene. We have the cutest little houses, landscape backgrounds, objects like fences and swings, plus we also have a range of characters that you can pop right into the scene.
All Make it Crafty digital stamps are supplied with a .PNG file which comes ready for you to easily layer the images in popular word editing programs.
- What is a .PNG file?
A .PNG file is very similar to a .JPG file however the real purpose for a .JPG file is to save photos.
When working with fine black lines .PNG files suit this type of file because the method in which it is saved is of higher quality.
.PNG files also offer the flexibilty of masking areas to be transparent before saving and thus the Make it Crafty images have been created in a such a way that around the OUTSIDE of the main image, the area is transparent whilst leaving the inside area opaque white.
This of course makes it much easier for you to layer the images and create your own scene without having to go to through the hassles of editing the images in photo editing software.
- How do I open a .PNG file?
.PNG files can be opened in any photo editing software OR you can also place the images into writing document software such as MS Word for Windows or Pages for Mac.
Be careful that when you open a .PNG file in photo editing software that you don't save over your original file.
It is always a good idea to keep a copy of all your original files in a safe place.
If you have accidentally saved over your original file and the background has turned to a solid white background, download another copy from your account, or if your download has expired, please contact us.

- Inkjet Printer Ink is smearing
If you are finding that your printer ink smears when you begin to colour with alcohol markers here are a few tips you can try:
1. Set the print setting to grayscale
2. Set the quality to normal or even draft print mode
3. Select photopaper media type in drop down
4. Try ironing the underside to set the ink
5. Add clear embossing powder and heat as soon as it exits the printer
(you may not be able to see any embossing powder but I have heard of this working)
6. Try a different paper stock
If all this fails, you may wish to consider if it is worthwhile investing in a new Inkjet Printer.
I personally use Canon genuine inks and don't have issues.
