I am so excited to be bringing you an e-book on my absolute favourite thing to colour...

HAIR!

I have been totally obsessed with hair and especially in regards to attempting to make it look realistic.

This tutorial offers two exercises, the first sharing an idea on how I break up an image and I try to explain how I 'see it'.

The second is an indepth step by step overview of the painstaking approach to colouring long hair with fine detail. haha

With 45 images showing you each step of the way, you'll be colouring long lucious hair in no time!

This is not an easy tutorial and will require patience and some skill using markers, however the fundamentals can certainly be used at all skill levels and practise is practise!

A SPECIAL Krista Smith image just for you!

Krista (Saturated Canary) is well known for her big lucious hair and I was specifically looking for hair that would be complex and require a process to break up sections to create depth. When I approached Krista and asked if she would be interested in illustrating me the perfect character, I jumped in glee when she said of course!

Not only that, Krista has generously donated her image 'Zoe' to be included with the tutorial!

For more information about Krista take a moment to view her blog here
or if you want to get more digi stamps from Saturated Canary, visit her shop here
